... I am 'training' myself To Sleep closer to 5, 6, and 7 hours, and not the 3, 4. or 5 hours.   : )

I Exercise An Hour A Day, Also.

BTW I Feed and Care and Love MANY X-FERALS/X-STRAYS and X-Puppy Mill Puppy.  :)
